Skilled Worker Program

To immigrate to Canada as a skilled worker, an applicant must have either a confirmed offer of employment, known as Arranged Employment, or at least one year of work experience in a designated occupation and be awarded a minimum of 67 points in the selection system. Points are awarded in categories of age, education, work experience, language ability, adaptability, and arranged employment.

Retaining the services of a competent, experienced law firm will give you the greatest chance of success with a minimal amount of delay in the processing.  We assist our clients in the completion of the application forms and the gathering of supporting documents.  We  file the application along with our written submissions and communicate with the visa office throughout the entire process.
